Engineering the heat that shapes precision manufacturing
Inductech designs and builds induction heating equipment for hardening, forging, brazing, melting, shrink-fitting, stress relieving, and bar hardening & tempering — engineered to a design-to-value approach for every line we equip.

Induction heating equipment, engineered per application
Every process below is built around the same core advantage — fast, localized, non-contact heat with precise control over frequency, duration and cooling.
Induction Hardening
Localized 850–900°C heating with rapid quench for controlled surface hardness on 0.3–0.7% carbon steel parts.
Induction Forging
Fast billet/bar pre-heat before pressing or extrusion — lower oxidation, tighter temperature control, no furnace idle time.
Induction Brazing
Clean, distortion-free joining with copper, silver and brass fillers — vacuum or atmospheric, fully automatable.
Induction Melting
1–10 kg, 5–250 kW integrated furnace units for steel, iron, copper, brass and precious metal composition melts.
Shrink-Fitting
Thermal interference-fit assembly using controlled expansion and contraction — zero mechanical pressure on delicate parts.
Stress Relieving
Integral or localized post-machining/welding heat treatment tuned to material — prevents cracking in large, complex parts.
Bar Hardening & Tempering
Static or progressive scanning hardening followed by controlled tempering for toughness without losing required hardness.
Precision heat, exactly where the part needs it
Induction heating puts energy directly into the workpiece — no flame, no furnace soak, no wasted heat on surrounding tooling. That difference is what lets us hold tighter tolerances, run faster cycles, and integrate directly into a production line.
- Non-contact heating with adjustable frequency and duration per part
- Localized, repeatable heat — only the target zone is affected
- Built for production-line integration, not just standalone use
- Static or progressive/scanning operation depending on part geometry
An engineering-led team, not a catalogue reseller
Inductech is led by Managing Director P. Karuppasamy, who brings over 30 years of industrial experience to every system we design. Our HQ and design centre sit in Ambattur Industrial Estate, with a dedicated factory at SSIO Industrial Complex, Athipet — both in Chennai.
Every project starts with a design-to-value approach: we understand the part, the line, and the tolerance you need before we spec the coil. That's how we deliver customized, cost-effective equipment instead of a one-size-fits-all box.
