Our induction melting furnaces are energy-efficient units built for 1 to 10 kg capacity, spanning a 5 kW to 250 kW power range. Each is a fully integrated system — a power supply unit, a hand-operated tilting furnace, and a cooling water unit, all mounted on a single frame.

They're built for two jobs in particular: mini steel plants melting a small metal sample to check the composition of a charge before it goes into the main furnace, and foundries melting a small chunk from runners, risers, or a casting itself to confirm composition. Materials handled include steel, iron, copper, brass, and various precious metals.
